After successful registration, you will receive:

• Price lists (CSV or Excel) with EAN, article description, net price (EXW Berlin)
• No product images or descriptions

Prices are net/net, plus statutory VAT (where applicable).

Wholesale:

1. Inquiry by email with EAN numbers and desired quantities
2. We check availability and create an offer
3. Upon acceptance: written order confirmation
4. Delivery according to agreed delivery date (EXW or CIP)
5. Pickup at Berlin warehouse possible by appointment

Dropshipping:

6. Order by email with EAN or through our webshop, quantity, and complete delivery address of your end customer
7. We confirm availability and delivery date
8. Shipping within 2–3 business days
9. Neutral shipping, individual delivery notes on request

Delivery:

• Standard delivery: EXW Berlin (Incoterms 2020)
• CIP delivery available on request (freight costs borne by customer)
• Free delivery individually reviewed for larger orders

Goods acceptance – Important:

Upon delivery, goods must be checked for completeness and integrity before signing the delivery note.

Once you issue a "clean receipt" (checked in the presence of the delivering carrier), subsequent claims for shortages or transport damage will not be recognized.

Please note defects, shortages, or damage immediately on the freight documents.

After a successful business relationship, the following payment methods are available:

• SEPA direct debit
• Payment terms (e.g., net 14 days) – subject to credit insurance

Payment terms are individually agreed and require a positive credit check.

All products have manufacturer warranty according to the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer.

Warranty processing is exclusively through authorized manufacturer service centers – not through Manolya.

In case of warranty claims, your customers contact the manufacturer service directly. A list of service centers can be found on the manufacturers' websites.

No. Manolya does not accept returns of goods.

Please ensure before ordering that:

• Items meet your customers' requirements
• EAN numbers are correct
• Quantities and specifications are accurate

In case of defective goods, the manufacturer warranty applies (see Question 10).
